but she did not like to be called Betty Boop, Betty Boop Stole her limelight, even thought Kanes act had Wore thin, by 1930..
she sued The Studios who produced the betty boop Cartoons in 1934, but she Lost

So the voices of Betty Boop had a victory, song to helen kane, They said, You can say our voice"s are awful of my songs are to risque but dont take our boop oop a doop away!
